MDH Construction is announcing a new service offering. This offering is directed to homeowners who are not able to be at their homes all year round. When a home is not occupied on a normal basis anything can go wrong. As the homeowner you may not know of a major issue for weeks, or months before your next visit to your home. Major issues like storm damage, plumbing fixture malfunctions, and roof leaks are just a few of the problems your home could have while you are away. Our goal is to give peace of mind to our customers with a monthly home inspection to find issues before they become costly problems. The great thing about us is if we find a problem, we have the means and ability to fix it. We provide our customers with a free estimate for issue we find during our inspections and can schedule one of our sub-contractors to correct the issue once the customer approves and funds the repair.
